These Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between providers ("Provider"), clients ("Client," "you," or "your"), and HEVA INC. ("HEVA," "we," "our," or "us"). They govern access to and use of the HEVA website, web app, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
For purposes of these Terms of Use, a "Client" includes patients seeking medical care and any other non-provider users of HEVA and its services. The specific terms that apply to you depend on your role and are detailed in the respective Terms of Use sections below.
By creating an account, using the Platform, or accessing any services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the applicable Terms of Use below and to our separate Privacy Policy.

The following commercial terms apply when a provider chooses to subscribe with heva and begin using the platform.
Automatically renewing subscription. You are enrolling in an automatically renewing heva Provider subscription. The current price and billing cadence (e.g., monthly or annual), plus any applicable taxes, will be displayed to you at checkout or on your invoice. Pricing may change with advance notice.
Ongoing charges. heva, Inc. will begin charging your selected payment method on the start date and will continue to charge the then-current subscription price at each renewal interval until you cancel.
How to cancel. You may cancel at any time by emailing contact@heva.co.
Platform Fee. A recurring subscription fee paid by the Provider to heva. The specific amount is shown at checkout or on your invoice.
Service Fee (markup). A 5%–10% markup applied to payment transactions facilitated on the heva platform and paid by the patient. heva remits to the Provider the Provider's stated charge amount for the transaction.
When billed. Platform Fees are billed on the subscription start date and on each renewal date for the selected billing period.
Payment method authorization. You authorize heva to charge your selected payment method for all amounts due under these terms.
Receipts. Receipts or invoices are sent to the email associated with your account.
The pricing terms, product, and non-public features provided under this agreement are strictly confidential and must not be disclosed to any third party without heva's prior written consent, except as required by law. Both parties will take reasonable measures to safeguard this information. Unauthorized disclosure constitutes a material breach of this agreement.
